how to become a moderator

I know that every member wants to be a mod he may be new or old.even iwant me forums to be safe and good and best in the whole crater's world every member of crater should visit only my forum and my forum must be very safe from hackers and spams of pokemon crater.
How to be a moderator at my site:-
There are some groups at my usergroups
if u want to be a mode u have join each group level by level
Frist group comes Top Trained:U have to bring 10 new members to the forum and have to post 26 posts and u will be entered into the group Cratercheats_1993
Now to go to moderators group u have to bring at least 40-35 members in the forum.and have to post 200 posts
and u will be entering moderators group
and if u want to stay at the moderators group in just in 2 weeks u have to make a topic which should get at least 29 posts in just 2 weeks.and if ur possible to do this u will stay as a moderator and that topic should be made in this forum only

eveybody it hard to get there but have ago if u want to become a mod u must get 250 posts to become 1

but i think crater cheats is not allowing any more mods

but who wanna become a mod we need 1 mod more but for that our members mumts be atleast 150

but u told u need only five mods

dont wrry he said there is only 1 spot left
thats means 1 more person can be a mod at the moment

yeah

its quite hard to find a mod

yeah let it be from 100 members 1 will come up

cratercheats can the mods warn any one?
